The villa
Two bedrooms, one garden, nobody to share with.
Built in 2022 and always rented for exclusive use: while you are here, the villa is yours alone.
The bedrooms
Each has its own entrance, Dorelan beds and mattresses, double blackout curtains, electric shutters, air conditioning and a 50" smart TV.

The larger room, about 25 m². It opens onto the garden with the hot tub and pool, and on clear days you can see Mount Etna.

Living room and kitchen
For slow breakfasts or a dinner with fish bought at Brucoli harbour. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine; the sofa looks out onto the garden.
Outdoors, all day long
The palm garden surrounds the salt-water pool and the heated hot tub. There is a barbecue for dinners outside and, in the evening, lights come on among the plants.
